• Creditworx System: 24x7 (with scheduled downtimes)
• Call Center:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 8:00 pm, Eastern Time
  • Saturday: 9:00 am to 5:00pm, Eastern Time

Dealer and Vendor Training

• Training and roll out program managed and facilitated by Metavante Lending Solutions
• Training manuals and web based training sessions (WebEx)

Program Support

• Telephone support for Dealer Network (Deal inquiries, training, technical support)
• Support regional managers through training, special dealer based promotional programs and incentives
• Handling distribution and signing of dealer agreements (if required)
• Configuration of all dealers on the Creditworx system

Promotional Programs

• The Metavante Program manager will consult with the Vendor and Lender to create, implement and deploy customized promotional programs (i.e. delayed payment period, rate buy downs, etc.)
