Complete Loan Origination System

Loan Origination Studio is a comprehensive, end-to-end residential mortgage system that provides business process workflow, services ordering and the movement of data and documents from the point-of-sale through to loan closing.

Multiple Configurations

Studio can be configured for stand-alone, thick client and thin client deployments – each with the same core functionality and user interface. All configurations use identical set-up and code base, allowing for rapid expansion into new markets and channels. Also, changes only need to be made once for all users and configurations.

Customizable and Expandable

The Workshop toolkit allows for virtually unlimited customizations and additions to LOS Studio, including screens, workflow, tabs and reports. By using industry standard tools such as HTML editing and Visual Basic scripting, lenders can get up to speed quickly without specialized training, allowing changes to be implemented in a timely and cost effective fashion.

Loanportal

Studio includes a web-based services portal for access to credit, automated underwriting, flood, title, appraisal and other services, allowing for secure, centralized, affordable access to an increasing number of industry services.

 

Loan Origination Studio can be configured for Stand-Alone, Thick Client and Thin Client deployments.

Automated Software Distribution

FileSynch Server enables automatic updates of all software and program changes to all user groups via the Web. Studio also supports data synchronization for laptop users, ensuring version control, data integrity and access to real-time pipeline information.
