Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Employees on staff as of April 30, who work at least
20 hours per week, are eligible to participate in the
Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) for the upcoming
offering period. The offering period runs from July
1 through June 30 of the following year. Shares of M&I
common stock are purchased at a 15% employee discount
for participants based on the stock's price at the beginning
or ending date of the offering period, whichever is
lower.
Tuition Reimbursement
If you're interested in continuing your education,
you can take advantage of the tuition reimbursement
program after six months of service. Full-time employees
are eligible to be reimbursed up to $5,250 per year
for graduate-level courses and up to $4,000 per year
for undergraduate-level courses. Part-time employees
working at least 20 hours per week are eligible to be
reimbursed up to $2,500 per year for undergraduate-level
courses. The amount of reimbursement is based on tuition
costs at local universities. If you receive a grade
of an "A" or "B," you'll be reimbursed
100% of the cost of the course up to the maximum amount
allowed. A grade of a "C" is reimbursed at
75%.
