Metavante Hires Two New Lending Solutions Sales Executives
For Northeast And Southeast Territories

MILWAUKEE, Feb. 22, 2008 – Metavante (NYSE: MV), a leading provider of banking and payments technology, today announced two new executive appointments to lead corporate sales efforts for its Lending Solutions business. Randy Chadwick has joined Metavante as Vice President of Sales covering the Southeast, and William Mulcahy will serve as Vice President of Sales covering the Northeast.

Chadwick and Mulcahy each have more than 20 years of sales experience at mortgage technology and financial services companies, including First American, CheckFree, Dorado Corporation, First Union and MortgageFlex Systems. Mulcahy will be based out of the company's Wayne, Pa. office, and will be responsible for all Northeastern region sales efforts. Chadwick will be based in Atlanta, and will focus on the Southeastern region of the United States, where he has spent most of his career.
